We are in search for aRegional General Manager, a senior leadership role located in Queensland, responsible for providing strong, visible and values‑led leadership, entrepreneurial with a growth mindset, high degree of energy and the ability to breakthrough constraints to deliver business growth.

We are wanting a leader who has a proven track record in business development and general management.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees all end-to-end business functions for their construction and demolition waste recycling and soil reuse and rehabilitation business.



Key responsibilities include development and implementation of growth strategy, business development, operations, financial performance, safety, and compliance.

They will be accountable for building a culture that knows ‘what positive looks like’, takes what one does personally and drives team performance.

Must-haves:

- Tertiary qualified with a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
- 5 years plus in senior leadership from within construction materials, recycling or heavy industrial.
- Strong knowledge of the market, business growth and commercial management.
- Change management and sustained continuous improvement.

This is a key stakeholder position within a progressive circular economy group with a national footprint and a business philosophy in building scale across the market and becoming the lowest cost to make through innovation and shop floor culture.
