We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Café All-Rounders to join our teams at Gelato Emporium and Altitude1148 Restaurant in Bulli Tops.
We have multiple positions available for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and delivering excellent customer service.
The roles involve working across takeaway service, café operations and restaurant dining, including functions and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and operate POS systems.
- Assist with takeaway, café and restaurant table service.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional manner.
- Assist with functions, events and fine dining service.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality environment is essential.
- Strong barista skills and coffee-making experience are essential.
- Current RSA certification is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude, reliability and strong teamwork skills.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends, including public holidays.
- Applicants must have their own reliable transport to travel to and from our Bulli Tops location.
