We gotcha!Your Responsibilities: • Providing social and emotional support to residents. • Fostering a positive workplace around teamwork and resident satisfaction. • Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships • Providing and monitoring the care of residents • Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making • Undertaking clinical assessments of residents, reporting interventions and outcomes. • Maintaining appropriate documentation as required. • Observing and reporting changes in resident behaviour or physical condition. • Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists and other allied health services.
