Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader in Victoria, Castlemaine. You will lead a team across cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, building rosters and coordinating with store leadership to keep daily operations smooth.
The role is full time with flexible shifts across mornings, days, late nights and weekends. You’ll contribute directly on the shop floor and support a program focused on maintaining a hygienic, well-run store environment.
