About the role
Due to a long term employee retiring, we are seeking a detail-oriented accounts and general admin officer to join our team. This is a permanent part time role with flexible start and finish times offered to the right candidate.
Gift Shop employees will interact with people from various nationalities, so you will need to be comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and efficient data entry for the accounts payable function of the company
- Reviewing and validating information to ensure accuracy
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily cash reconciliation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A reliable and punctual work ethic
- Confidence using computers and data systems including MYOB
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take direction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous accounts payable and administration experience is essential.
