Beaudesert Hospital is seeking a Patient Travel Officer to provide effective, confidential administrative support enabling patients to access the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS). You will guide patients through requirements, process documentation and liaise with stakeholders to support timely payments and a positive patient experience.
You will process, scan and submit applications, maintain the PTIMS database and support timely payments.
