The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Area Manager to lead and support our stores across VIC’s Western region.

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and profitability, developing Store Managers and their teams, maintaining operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance across the region
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams
- Monitor sales, wages, profitability and key performance indicators
- Conduct regular store visits and support performance improvement
- Maintain high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management and store presentation
- Support recruitment, succession planning and talent development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and WHS requirements
- Partner with Head Office teams to deliver business initiatives and priorities

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
- Proven experience managing multiple retail locations
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational performance
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Experience in apparel,



fashion or specialty retail will be highly regarded
