About the Role

Start your design career with Wiley’s Design and Engineering team.

Working alongside experienced designers and engineers, you’ll help develop architectural designs, process drawings and project documentation from early concepts through to construction. You’ll gain practical experience across project stages while building your technical skills with guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings and project documentation using 2D and 3D design software.
- Develop design details from briefs, sketches and specifications under supervision.
- Assist with coordinating process, equipment and services designs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate drawings, design records and document control.
- Support project reporting, research and proposal preparation.
- Help ensure designs meet project,



safety and quality requirements.

What We’re Looking For

- A qualification in architecture, building design or a related design field.
- Familiarity with 2D and 3D design software.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute practical ideas.
