Homes NSW in Current South Wales is seeking a Client Service Officer – Housing & Homelessness to support tenants, applicants and vulnerable clients. The role covers tenancy services, community engagement and housing pathways, with a strong focus on assisting those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
You will work across several teams including Tenancy, Temporary Accommodation, Letting and Access Hub, delivering housing assistance and ensuring safe, sustainable housing outcomes for clients.
