PROBOND, based in Melbourne with Geelong HQ, seeks a specification-focused sales qualified to win architect/designer specifications across the Victorian commercial construction market. You will travel to Geelong 2–3 days weekly and manage a structured pipeline to convert specifications into orders.

Responsibilities include delivering CPD presentations, maintaining CRM discipline, and representing PROBOND at industry events while collaborating with contractors and builders.
