Indigo are opening their 4th family owned service, a 74 place early learning service due to open in November 2026.

The Role
We’re seeking experienced Early Childhood Teachers, Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Educators who:

Builds warm, trusting relationships with children and families

Loves nature, outdoor play, and hands-on learning experiences





Brings creativity and passion to programming and daily routines

Works collaboratively with a supportive, engaged team

Strives for excellence in education and care every day

Part time and Full-time available.

What You’ll Bring

Early Childhood Teaching Degree, Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved)

Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

Solid understanding of the NQF & EYLF

A commitment to sustainability and innovative early learning

Previous long day care experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
