Temporary Customer Service / Administration Officers - Loganlea

2 x Temporary Positions | $33.71 per hour | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking 2 x Customer Service / Administration Officers for temporary assignments based in Loganlea, running through until Christmas.

These roles are ideal for candidates with strong customer service and administration skills who are available to start ASAP and are looking for weekday work.

The Role

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

- $33.71 per hour

- Temporary assignment until Christmas

- Immediate start available

- Onsite car parking

Key Responsibilities

- Answering customer enquiries via phone and email

- Booking in-home deliveries

- Collating and organising paperwork

- Providing general administration support

- Assisting with customer service tasks as required

About You

- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration

- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

- Professional phone manner

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy setting

- Available for an immediate start and able to commit until Christmas
