Due to a strong increase in projects, we need a Boilermaker with proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace. Working closely with the workshop supervisor, you will be based at the workshop in Beaudesert; however, you may be required to attend job sites, predominantly in Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.
Key responsibilities
Read technical drawings, work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications
Pass a weld test with Mig & Stick to ISO 9606-1 standards
Set up and operate hand and power tools, such as welding machines, drill press, grinders, band saw, compound saw
Examine work for defects and measure with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications
About you
Construction Safety Induction Card (Blue/White Card) (or willingness to obtain)
Current QLD Driver Licence Mandatory
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
