Training Specialist- HRIS Transformation

- Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across the organisation.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning requirements for HR teams, people leaders, payroll teams, and end users.
- Develop engaging training materials including: participant reference guides, e-learning modules, job aids, user adoption resources.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs to a diverse stakeholder group across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, HR, payroll, and change teams to ensure training content aligns with future-state business processes.
- Partner closely with Change Management teams to drive user readiness, engagement, and system adoption.
- Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, making continuous improvements where required.
- Provide post-go-live support, floor walking, coaching, and refresher training to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

A successful 'Training Specialist' should have:

- Experience delivering training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKGpro platforms
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs in the healthcare industry.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working within project or large scale transformation environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training deliverables simultaneously.
