Supermicro is seeking a talented service engineer to provide frontline technical direction and support for customers in the operation and maintenance of complex Supermicro products. The role requires travel to enterprise data centers to perform hardware troubleshooting, break/fix repairs, and component replacements within strict SLA windows, with in office work including nights or weekends as required.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of field service experience, strong hands-on server hardware
