BHP Group is seeking a Rail Transport Supervisor to join the Rail Operations Mines team on a 7-days, 7-nights, 14-off FIFO roster on site in Pilbara, WA. You will lead a team of Rail Transport Technicians and train drivers, delivering a secure, reliable mainline schedule.

Reporting to the Rail Operations Superintendent, you will drive safety, performance and culture across the depot while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
