Smiggle is hiring for an Online Customer Service team member to support two iconic Australian brands, Peter Alexander and Smiggle, during the Christmas trading period. This casual, seasonal role offers hybrid working with shifts from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, plus weekend options during peak weeks.

You will handle email and phone enquiries, assist with online orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions, delivering friendly, helpful service.
