MatchWorks is seeking two Post Placement Support Consultants in Brownes Plains or Springwood to support participants, employers and internal teams. You will address barriers, strengthen workplace success and drive sustainable employment outcomes through tailored support and retention strategies.
In this role you’ll provide hands-on coaching at the workplace, build rapport with participants and employers, and create personalised retention plans to help participants thrive at work.
