We are looking for an organised, proactive Team Assistant for our client, a professional services firm who are currently in need of a Junior PA for an initial six-week temporary assignment, providing additional support to the EA to the CEO during a busy period.

Working closely with the EA, you’ll help manage overflow work and keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to executive support, put your organisational skills to work and become a reliable extra pair of hands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with diary management, scheduling meetings and coordinating meeting rooms.

Preparing and formatting documents, correspondence and meeting materials.

Supporting travel arrangements, itineraries and expense processing.

Liaising professionally with internal teams and external contacts.

Managing general administration, filing and ad hoc requests.





Helping the EA stay on top of competing priorities and outstanding tasks.

About you

You may be a junior PA, team assistant or administrator ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, clear communication skills and a positive, practical approach.

You’ll be comfortable taking direction, asking sensible questions and using your initiative once you understand what’s needed. Confidence with Microsoft Office, discretion when handling confidential information and the ability to juggle changing priorities will be important.
