Customised Compounding is seeking a part-time/full-time (Mon-Fri) customer service admin staff to join our team in Dural, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and customer service support to our pharmaceutical compounding business. With a focus on efficient and friendly customer interactions, this position is crucial in delivering a seamless experience for our clients.
What you'll be doing
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a qualified and timely manner
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
Provide administrative support for the pharmacy team, including scheduling, data entry, and file management
Assist with order fulfilment and prescription data entry
Accurate prescription administrative processing
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Promote Customised Compounding's products and services to new and existing customers
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role,
preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with typing, speed and accuracy.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices would be an advantage
Able to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment
