CREATIVE EXHIBITION & EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Cre8 Co. is looking for a talented Creative Exhibition & Experience Designer to work with the Sydney team on a versatile contract basis, approximately 16–24 hours per week. You'll design and deliver exhibitions, brand activations and experiential spaces for some of Australia's and the world's leading brands, including Coca-Cola, Lexus and Thales. This is an extension of the team arrangement, working under the Cre8 Co. banner, attending client meetings, site inspections and design presentations as required, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship.

Key responsibilities

Develop exhibition stands and trade show environments

Design brand activations and experiential spaces

Create 3D spatial and environmental design concepts

Produce creative concepts, mood boards and design presentations

Develop design documentation and production-ready materials

Integrate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and graphic elements

Create visually impressive concepts that are practical and buildable

Collaborate with internal team and production partners to bring concepts to life

Explore AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design, visualisation and concept development





Present ideas and communicate directly with clients

About you

Strong creative instincts and excellent spatial design skills

Highly proficient in relevant 3D modelling and design software

Ability to interpret a client brief and develop compelling creative concepts

Understanding of different brand aesthetics, materials and finishes

Ability to move confidently between premium, corporate, playful and experiential design

Understanding of how to design for real-world production and installation

Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating directly with clients

Proactive, reliable and able to work independently

Interested in AI and emerging design technology

Experience in exhibitions, experiential design, brand activations, events, interiors or spatial design
