Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration and financial operations of the business. This is a hands-on role combining administration, accounts, payroll and office coordination responsibilities. You will work closely with management, employees, customers and suppliers to ensure the business continues to operate efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- End-to-end payroll processing
- NSW Payroll Tax calculations, monthly returns and annual reconciliations
- Bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Customer and supplier account enquiries
- General office administration and correspondence
- Document management and record keeping
- Data entry and system maintenance - Aroflo and Xero
- Preparation of reports and supporting documentation
- Assisting management with administrative and operational requirements

About you

- Previous experience in an Administration and Accounts role
- Demonstrated payroll processing experience
- Strong accounts payable and receivable experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable, accountable and follows tasks through to completion
