Job Title:Facilities Manager & Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor
Reports to:Lead Pastor
Location:Surry Hills
Time Commitment:Full time - 3 days Facilities, 2 days Executive Assistant (flexible hours possible)
Term:12-month parental leave contract, with a view to an ongoing role
Remuneration:$80-95k per year (full-time) plus super, depending on experience.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive,



and gospel-hearted individual to take on a crucial two-part support role. For three days a week, you will oversee the immaculate presentation and operation of our facility - managing venue hire guests, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the site is ready for ministry. For the remaining two days, you will serve as Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor - managing his calendar, correspondence, and meetings so he is freed up to focus on preaching, leadership, and pastoral care.
