Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dispensary Technician to join our team at South Rockhampton Pharmacy. The successful candidate will support inventory management and our pharmacists in dispensing medications.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid organisational skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for community pharmacy and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure high standards of service and compliance.
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing workflow and daily dispensary tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
- Support stock management, including daily deliveries, ordering, and inventory control.
- Support customer service initiatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.




- Promote and support the wide range of health, beauty, and wellness services offered by the pharmacy.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate III (Dispensary) in Community Pharmacy (advantageous).
- 2+ years' experience in a retail or dispensary role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dispensing procedures in line with Pharmacy Board of Victoria guidelines.
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and dispensary software (Corum or equivalent).
