HCF Australia is seeking a Leader for the Member onboarding team based in Parramatta. You will manage, coach and support the team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service for recent members from day one.

You will drive retention metrics, oversee day-to-day operations of the Welcome call team, and partner with stakeholders to meet service targets while working in a hybrid arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days at home).
