BlueCare, a service of UnitingCare Queensland, is seeking a Practice Lead to oversee Clinical Care Governance and Risk in our residential aged care services. You will embed the BlueCare Quality framework, drive policies, and support continuous improvement.

The role requires extensive aged care leadership, regulatory knowledge, and ability to travel Queensland locations; 12-month fixed-term, full-time with versatile working arrangements.
