A Senior Customer Value Architect typically works with large utility customers to make sure they get real value from a technical product. This means understanding how electricity networks run, mapping workflows, and helping teams adopt simulation tools for planning and risk. A solid candidate brings experience in customer facing technical roles, utility operations knowledge, and the ability to translate complex models into practical steps.
How it fits the AI era
AI can speed up analysis of network data and flag patterns that would take too long to find by hand. The human part is judging which risks matter, building trust with utility teams, and turning model output into decisions people will act on. This role sits between the technology and the customer, so it stays focused on context and adoption.
How it builds AI experience
Working with a physics based digital twin means seeing how simulation and AI combine to test scenarios like storms or fires before they happen. That builds skills in model validation, data quality, and explaining results to non technical users. It is a practical way to learn where AI helps and where engineering judgment still leads.
Worth showing
- Utility network knowledge
- Customer facing technical work
