Gladstone Hospital, part of Central Queensland Health, seeks an experienced Operational Services leader to drive performance by monitoring systems, resources and policy compliance to deliver effective, high‑quality support services.

You will lead staff development, training and recruitment, conduct performance appraisals, and help build a cohesive team of Operational Services Supervisors, while collaborating with the Director Corporate and Support Services to resolve issues and guide change.
