About you
- Previous medical reception experience
- Strong Best Practice software experience
- Confident handling a busy medical reception
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask
- Professional and positive approach
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
- Interested in progressing into a leadership/management position
