Aliaxis is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the team at our North Plympton site. You will be the first point of contact for distributor customers, handling orders, pricing and delivery inquiries while delivering exceptional service.
You will support order processing via phone, email and EDI, build solid relationships with internal teams, and help maintain accurate records to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and a high standard of customer care.
