We're looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our wholesale business and help build the sales function behind it. You'll strengthen existing accounts, win new retail partners and establish the processes, tools and routines that make growth repeatable.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll work closely with the founder to shape our sales approach, identify where the biggest opportunities are and turn them into action. You'll need to be comfortable bringing ideas, making recommendations and moving things forward without waiting for a detailed brief.

What you'll be doing

- Build our sales approach. Identify priority markets, retailers and opportunities, and turn them into a practical plan with clear targets.
- Grow existing accounts. Build relationships with buyers, improve account performance and expand our ranges into more stores and locations.
- Win current business. Own prospecting, outreach, presentations, negotiations and closing.
- Create the systems behind the sales. Establish our CRM processes, pipeline reporting,



account plans and follow-up routines so opportunities are consistently followed through.
- Develop the sales toolkit. Work with the team to improve presentations, range proposals, pricing tools and new-account onboarding.
- Bring commercial insight. Use sales performance and customer feedback to guide where we focus, what we offer and how we grow.

Who you're looking for

You've successfully grown wholesale accounts and won new business, and you know what a well-run sales function looks like. Ideally, you've helped build or improve one yourself.

You're someone who spots what needs doing and takes ownership of it. You can think commercially, put structure around an opportunity and then pick up the phone to make it happen. You're organised, confident with buyers and consistent about following through.

You'll enjoy the freedom to shape your role, while being accountable for the results.
