Anglicare in Sydney's Porters Lodge, Minto, seeks a part time Resident Services Coordinator to be the heart of resident care. You will welcome residents and families, coordinate Everyday Living services, guide service selection, manage bookings and invoicing, and ensure a high-quality resident experience.
You'll work closely with site leaders, resolve enquiries with empathy, and contribute to service innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement while upholding privacy and safety standards.
