Housekeeper and Housekeeping Team Leader

Quest St Kilda Bayside is looking for reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team and help deliver a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Change bed linen, make beds and replenish towels and guest amenities.

Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and other apartment facilities.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items and lost property to management.

Follow hotel cleaning procedures, workplace health and safety requirements.

Manage allocated room quotas efficiently while maintaining quality standards.





Assist with housekeeping duties in common areas when required.

What we are looking for

Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.

Min. 2 year housekeeping experience for Housekeeping Team Leader role.

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, presentable rooms.

Good time management and the ability to work independently.

A positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Physical fitness to perform regular cleaning duties.

Valid Police check or willing to undergo police check
