#### OHS AdvisorBendigo, VIC 3550Full Time#### Job descriptionAs an OHS Specialist, you'll lead strategic initiatives to improve occupational health and safety systems and processes, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and effectively managed. This is a dynamic role where you'll collaborate with leaders, educators, and key stakeholders to embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include, but not limited to :Lead OHS strategy development and prevention planning across the organisation.Conduct risk assessments and implement practical controls to reduce hazards.Develop and review policies and procedures aligned with best practice and compliance requirements.Deliver tailored education programs for staff using diverse teaching methods.Investigate significant incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.Analyse and report on incident data for internal and regulatory purposes.Engage with stakeholders,
