Youth Support and Advocacy Service (YSAS) in Cairns, Queensland, is recruiting for a Shift Senior to lead a residential youth unit. Based in Cairns with occasional travel, the role ensures delivery of evidence-based care and oversees daily operations, supervision, and career development of youth workers and support staff.

The successful candidate will lead service delivery outside business hours, support client access, and work within SCHADS level 5 remuneration dependent on qualifications
