Brisbane Smiles is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team for approximately 1–2 days per week. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves photography, reels, social media, visual storytelling and all else marketing.
You will work at our Toowong dental practice, capturing content involving our team, patient journeys, treatments and practice life, then turn it into polished content for our digital channels. You will work alongside our Marketing Manager and assist with co‑ordinating and finishing tasks, while also having the freedom to bring your own ideas, creative eye and understanding of what works in both marketing and social media.
Key responsibilities
- Capture high‑quality team, treatment and patient content for all digital channels
- Edit photography and video into polished, engaging content
- Develop new content concepts and campaign ideas
- Write captions and prepare social media posts
- Schedule and publish content
- Create branded marketing materials using Canva, Adobe or similar
- Keep up with social media trends and identify ideas relevant to Brisbane Smiles
- Support our Marketing Manager with campaigns, creative projects and day to day marketing
We are looking for someone who
- Has a strong eye for photography, video and design
- Has experience and understands creating engaging social media content
- Is comfortable using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Can confidently use Adobe Creative Suite
- Is comfortable interacting with patients and team members
- Can help people feel relaxed and natural in front of a camera
- Writes well and has excellent attention to detail
- Understands Instagram, Facebook and current social media trends
- Can work independently and turn ideas into finished content
This is an onsite creative role
This role is based at Brisbane Smiles in Toowong because that is where the content and marketinghappen. Being present in the practice to photograph, film and work with our team and patients is an important part of the position. You will work alongside our Marketing Manager in a close team environment, and it is essential that you are both able to collaborate and meet to bring the ideas to fruition.
If you are looking for a completely remote social media role, this probably isn't the right position or you.
