We’re seeking a highly motivated salesperson with a natural flair of understanding the customers journey and who is passionate about providing an exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Provide personalised recommendations and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with all internal staff members to help improve or implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the pool industry would be favourable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Versatile and passionate with the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A technical aptitude to learn and understand product specifications.
- Competitive base salary and great commission structure.
- Flexible working hours, 38 hour week with an early finish on a Friday.
