To find out more visit our website at **www.msssecurity.com.au.****About the Role**MSS Security is seeking skilled, reliable and customer-focused Terminal Security Officers to join our team at Hobart International Airport.This role provides a visible security presence throughout the airport terminal and surrounding precinct.**Duties include but are not limited to:*** Conduct security patrols of the terminal, forecourt, aprons, airport roads and car parks.* Monitor and report security, safety and operational concerns and respond promptly and professionally to security incidents.* Apply effective verbal deescalation and conflict resolution techniques when responding to challenging or escalating behaviours.* Engage respectfully with passengers experiencing distress and provide first aid when required.* Maintain accurate security logs,
