The Eaton workshop in Rowville is seeking a hands-on Workshop Leading Hand to support daily operations in clutch and transmission assembly. You will coordinate a small team, provide on‑the‑job coaching, and help ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
You will perform hands-on assembly, remanufacturing, testing, and related production tasks while driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a busy workshop workplace.
