Sanwell Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of fire protection projects from award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle from handover to practical completion
- Coordinate project resources including labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipment
- Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, variations, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, builders, and suppliers
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and company requirements
- Drive project safety outcomes in accordance with WHS obligations
- Manage procurement activities and material delivery schedules
- Review project documentation, drawings, specifications, and design changes
- Oversee commissioning, testing,



certification, and project close-out activities

About you

- Previous experience in a Project Manager role within construction, building services, or fire protection
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Current driver's licence
- Fire protection industry experience will be highly regarded
