Primary or Mandatory skills :-

The role is for a highly skilled and detail-oriented business consultant who will be responsible for ensuring that true business needs are clearly identified and stated. This includes all requirements needed to deliver and maintain the solution such as required performance, tools and reporting.

Business consultant will bring along with him vast IT experience of collaboration across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand recent requirements, their needs and expectations. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
- Document all requirements in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they are understandable for both technical and non-technical team members.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders to confirm accuracy and completeness and align the business requirements, methodologies and deliverables to the overall program objectives
- Acting as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that both sides have a clear understanding of the requirements and project goals.
- Conducting preliminary analysis to validate business needs and produce order of magnitude effort estimates to enable detailed planning and also ensure they align with business goals and objectives.
- Performing capacity planning, resourcing and onboarding activities, in alignment with the business needs.
- Identifying risks, issues and dependencies and assisting with the mitigation/resolution of risks and issues, which arise during the delivery lifecycle.




- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressure
- Provide comprehensive monitoring and continuous reporting on projects delivery to senior leadership
- Daily review of progress & manage stakeholder communication to ensure that expectations are managed.

Essential Skills required to perform the above job role:

- 15+ years’ experience in IT
- 5+ years’ experience in Telecom Domain.Good understanding of Telco Business
- Experience with the documentation of processes using BPMN2.0
- Understanding of business applications, interfaces and integrated operational environments
- Excellent facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops and present project information to project stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and a clear communicator
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to research and document solution options and opportunities to solve business needs and assess the feasibility and risk associated with proposed solutions
- Ability to bridge between high level and at a detailed level to drive the right decisions for the business.
- Proven ability to work within teams (including Virtual Teams) and under different delivery methodologies (waterfall or agile)
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in IT/Computer engineering and/or equivalent

Trade/Professional qualification/Training (including on-the job training) if any:
- Bachelor of Engineering - Computer Science
