Title: AI Infrastructure and Coordination Lead, APAC

Role Summary:

BGC is seeking a highly experienced AI and Data Science professional to lead AI infrastructure and coordination initiatives across APAC. The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of implementing and scaling AI solutions, together with the ability to bridge technical capabilities and business objectives. This individual will play a key role in driving AI adoption, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting innovation across our APAC business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of BGC's AI strategy across the APAC region.
- Identify, prioritize and deliver AI, automation and advanced analytics initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders, front-office teams and support functions to translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from chance assessment and solution design through deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Establish and oversee the AI and data infrastructure required to support enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Design and implement governance frameworks, controls and best practices to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Manage the regional AI demand pipeline,



including use case identification, prioritization, stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight.
- Drive AI adoption through training, enablement programs, documentation and change management initiatives.
- Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness, adoption and business impact of AI solutions across the organization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related disciplines, with proven success delivering and scaling enterprise AI solutions in complex business environments.
- Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, brokerage or other regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise data platforms and modern cloud-based architectures.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and operating models to support the responsible deployment of AI solutions at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions for senior leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
