Bene Aged Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse to join our St Agnes team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

About The Role Working closely with the Residential Care Manager, you will provide clinical leadership within the facility, supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care for residents. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Providing guidance, coaching and support to nursing and care teams
- Monitoring and promoting best-practice clinical care standards
- Supporting quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities
- Building positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families and health professionals
- Assisting with the day-to-day clinical operations of the residential care facility




- Leading by example and contributing to a culture of excellence, accountability and resident-centred care

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in a Clinical Nurse, Senior Registered Nurse or similar leadership role
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for aged care and the wellbeing of residents
- Current National Police Check and all relevant certifications
