Role Description The Investment Property Consultant roles are contract roles based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home alongside client-facing activities.

In this role, the consultant will guide clients through the full investment property process, including needs assessment, strategy discussions, and presenting suitable property options.



Day-to-day responsibilities includes explaining investment concepts in clear terms, and coordinating with internal partners, and alos finance broker partners. The consultant will support clients through to settlement and beyond, ensuring they understand insurance, property management, and tax-related considerations.

The role also involves building and maintaining solid referral relationships, contributing to sales outcomes, and upholding Property Powerhouse’s commitment to ethical, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

- Ability to provide tailored investment advice and guidance, with strong Consulting and Real Estate skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain property and finance concepts in accessible language.
- Demonstrated Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities in the Investment Property Industry, relationship-based selling, and achieving agreed targets.
- Relevant qualifications in property, finance, business, or a related discipline are an advantage.
