Role Description The Performance & People Development Partner is a remote role focused on supporting individuals and teams through personal development, leadership growth and performance improvement initiatives.
In this role, the partner conducts online training sessions and coaching aligned with a proven framework and values.
Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through transformation journeys and monitoring progress against agreed goals.
The role also involves collaborating and contributing to digital resources and providing consulting support to purpose-driven entrepreneurs. Additionally, the partner engages in relationship-building and consultative conversations that may include presenting solutions and supporting enrollment into suitable programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Leadership to deliver and support impactful learning experiences.
- Capability in sales, ideally consultative or solution-based.
- Strong coaching and mentoring, with a focus on personal growth and performance improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in virtual settings.
- High degree of self-motivation, autonomy and accountability when working remotely and managing flexible hours.
- Previous experience in personal development, leadership education, or entrepreneurship is beneficial.
- Comfortable using online collaboration tools, learning platforms and digital communication channels.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and a genuine interest in empowering individuals.
