About The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager, Optical Manager, or Senior Optical Dispenser with a strong leadership background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team success, and creating a culture where patients receive outstanding care every time they visit.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:





- 3+ years' experience in the optical industry

- Proven experience managing or leading teams within optical, retail, or healthcare environments
- Strong dispensing skills and technical optical knowledge
- A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to successfully manage change and drive continuous improvement
- A consultative approach to patient care and sales
- Confidence using optical retail systems and practice management tools

PG Optometrists can assist you as you set out on your eye health journey, performing eye tests, stocking the latest eyewear styles, and more.

Our experienced team of Optometrists in Wentworthville provides an assortment of services that have been developed to diagnose and treat common eye conditions, and are backed by the George and Matilda 5-Point Promise. In addition to regular vision tests and eyewear prescriptions, the practice also offers behavioural optometry services and children’s vision services.
