Primary Duties And Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the QMS and controlled documents in line with ISO 9001, customer, contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and deliver the internal audit program; report findings and verify action closure.
- Coordinate corrective actions, root-cause analysis and improvement activities, including monitoring effectiveness.
- Monitor quality performance, risks and overdue actions, and provide concise reports and management review inputs.
- Support external and supplier audits, project quality, training and process reviews to agreed priorities.
- Provide practical quality advice, identify systemic issues and escalate significant risks to the HSEQ Manager.
- Provide reasonable quality-related support and coverage based on competence, risk, agreed priorities and available capacity.
