We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Product Owner to join our team and work with our key client in a financial industry..

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong domain knowledge across Cards, Payments, and Fraud Technology. The role focuses on analysing, designing, delivering, and supporting solutions across complex banking platforms, with particular emphasis on fraud decisioning, card processing, payment transactions, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and support end-to-end card and payment transaction flows, including Visa and Mastercard processing.
- Work with fraud detection and decisioning platforms, card-processing applications, and downstream customer communication systems.
- Analyse payment message attributes and transaction data, including ISO 8583 data elements, to support solution design, mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Support card lifecycle and fraud-remediation capabilities such as card blocking/unblocking, card replacement, reset status,



token suspension/unsuspension/deletion and automated remediation.
- Work with card tokenisation, digital wallets, 3DS/CAVV, virtual cards and network token processing.
- Analyse and define API integrations, request/response payloads, event-driven interfaces, and data mappings between applications.
- Investigate application and transaction behaviour using Oracle SQL, logs, dashboards, and observability tools.
- Translate complex business requirements into transparent technical requirements, solution flows, interface specifications, and implementation approaches.
- Identify opportunities for automation, Generative AI, NLP and intelligent data-mapping capabilities to improve engineering and operational processes.
