Role Description The Qa/Qc Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control activities for processes and documentation related to immigration and consultancy services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating quality standards, performing inspections and audits of internal workflows, identifying deviations, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with operations and compliance teams to ensure procedures meet regulatory requirements, maintaining detailed records of quality checks, and preparing reports for management review.





The Qa/Qc Engineer will also help train team members on quality protocols, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to risk mitigation strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Australia.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to design, implement, and maintain robust quality frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Inspection skills to monitor processes, verify adherence to standards, and identify nonconformities.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to conduct internal audits, document findings, and support corrective and preventive action plans.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working in a regulated or process-driven setting; exposure to immigration, legal, consulting, or service industries is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and explain quality requirements clearly.
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field; professional certifications in quality (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Australia and adapt to dynamic operational needs and client-oriented workflows.
