Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney | Full-time | Hybrid (4 days in-office)

We're looking for a driven, confident and coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sydney sales team. You'll join an established SDR team surrounded by motivated teammates, learn from experienced sales leaders and receive regular coaching to help you succeed.

This is a phone-first outbound sales role. You'll be reaching out to specialist medical practices across Australia and New Zealand, starting conversations with doctors and practice managers, and booking qualified product demos for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities

- Prospecting into specialist medical practices, primarily through cold calling and email.
- Speaking with doctors and practice managers to understand their challenges and introduce Medow.
- Booking and qualifying product demos for our Account Executive team.
- Managing your leads, follow-ups and activity in HubSpot.
- Collaborating with the team to improve messaging, outreach and conversion rates.
- Occasionally supporting local outreach initiatives to connect with specialist practices.

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but we value attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn just as much.

Pay range and compensation package
